1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Lynn's Tire & Automotive provides tire sales, auto repair, maintenance, and fleet services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and technician assessment. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Estimates & Authorization
All estimates are provided in good faith based on an initial inspection. Final costs may differ if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing work that exceeds the original estimate. By authorizing repairs, you accept responsibility for the associated costs.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved fleet accounts. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
5. Warranty
Parts and labor warranties vary by service type and manufacturer. Please ask your service advisor for specific warranty details. Warranty coverage is void if the vehicle has been subject to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs after service.
6. Vehicle Liability
While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to ensure its safety. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages resulting from unforeseen mechanical failure, or personal items left in the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Safety Notice — Wheel Re-Torque
Wheel lug nuts must be re-torqued after 50 miles following any tire installation or wheel service. Lynn's Tire & Automotive is not responsible for wheel-off incidents or related damage resulting from failure to return for re-torque within the required timeframe.
8. Unclaimed Vehicles
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after notification of completed service may be subject to storage fees and, in accordance with Alabama law, may be treated as abandoned vehicles.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baldwin County, Alabama.
